If a candle is not melted
Without power, can we chase darkness?
If the salt doesn't get dissolved
Will not the food become tasteless?
God allows trials to instill good character
He'll train us to be humble and meek
Eventually we get spiritually strengthened
And capable of lifting those who are weak
Can the clay advice the potter,
The way it should be moulded?
To the goldsmith can the gold cry
From the furnace while being refined?
Thinking or arguing about problems will never help
Can only make it become worse and grow bigger
Instead of wasting time, hope that God can solve it
Ignore problems for God can deal it better
For our God to shower blessings upon us
Let us turn from going on our own way
Our life would end up in a mess
If from God's will we sway away
God has chosen us to do His will on earth
Sometimes He reaches souls through our suffering
Accept His will to be well and good
Please Him by obeying His word in everything.
