Lover of my soul is forever Jesus
The Son of God who created us
My stronghold is on His promises
I'm eager to understand His words
To my Master I'm a servant
He is omnipotent and omnipresent
Trying to practice what I've learnt
In everything placing Him at the front
By changing circumstances He directs
Thru' His chosen people He instructs
My character, He amazingly perfects
From all dangers He protects
Like a sheep listening to the shepherd
Not forgetting what He said
I surrender myself to be moulded
To see Him I should be well prepared
All my feelings with Him I share
He's always there to hear my prayer
Casting my burdens to my heavenly Father
I live by faith that He will take care....
